5.4.16. DNS configuration

The DNS Configuration screen displays the Domain Name Server (DNS) configuration

information. Use this screen to enter the domain name and IP address of the DNS Server used

by the ISP. This information should have been provided by the ISP. This information is

required only if the DHCP server is being utilized. The DHCP server will provide the DNS

information collected from this screen to all the DHCP clients. Selecting the Disable DHCP

Server option will disable the DHCP Server. When the Disable DHCP Server is selected, the

DNS Configuration information is not required and may be left blank.

The DNS configuration that should be entered here includes the Domain Name and the

Domain Name Server IP addresses. Once these have been entered this information press the

Next > button to proceed to the next screen.
